Hi, I’m Lollah Aluko, a passionate entrepreneur and the CEO/MD of Jit Empirical Global Consult Ltd. My journey has been one of discovery, growth, and a relentless drive to create opportunities for others.
I began my academic adventure studying Mass Communication at The Polytechnic of Ibadan, Oyo State. It was there that I developed a deep love for communication and media relations; skills that have shaped much of my professional path. Later, I transitioned into the world of law, earning a degree from Afe Babalola University, Ado Ekiti, and I am currently pursuing my Master of Laws (LLM) at the prestigious University of East London.
My educational experiences have been as diverse as my interests, and they’ve prepared me for the multifaceted career I enjoy today.
Over the years, I have honed my expertise across various fields, including business and commercial law, property law, arbitration, legal writing, and legal representation. These experiences have given me a solid foundation for understanding the legal and business landscapes, enabling me to provide strategic counsel to my clients and partners. One of the roles I’m most proud of is serving as the legal adviser for Plyton Ventures, an electro-mechanical solutions company and IBA AUTOS an automobile company where I have the privilege of helping shape innovative solutions and drive growth.
Entrepreneurship has always been my true calling. In 2018, I founded what is now known as the LTB Community (formerly 50 Business Ideas Platform). This platform allows me to share viable business ideas with entrepreneurs aspiring entrepreneurs and mentor them as they turn those ideas into thriving ventures. Seeing others succeed through my guidance has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career.
During the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, I launched OJÀ Community, a virtual marketplace designed to help people engage in market activities without stepping into a physical market.
This initiative was born out of necessity, but it has grown into a thriving online space that continues to connect buyers and sellers seamlessly. Currently, I’m thrilled to be working on my next big project, “Hello Radio”, an online radio platform that will provide business news, investment opportunities, and global updates for a curated audience. As a certified business coach, I am constantly inspired to redefine the travel and entrepreneurial landscape in Nigeria. My vision is to create pathways for people to achieve their dreams, and I firmly believe that anyone can start small and grow big with the right mindset and support.
Aside the aforementioned, I’m also a writer and an avid lover of books. Literature has always been a source of inspiration for me, fueling my creativity and pushing me to think outside the box. Outside of my professional life, I’m happily married and the proud mom of three amazing boys. My family is my greatest motivation—they remind me every day why I strive to do better and be better.
My story is one of resilience, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. For me, success isn’t just about personal achievements; it’s about helping others discover their potential and creating meaningful impacts in the world. I’m excited to continue this journey of growth, inspiration, and purpose.
